The following was created for ART 194 : Collage
How do you Spell That? (TONGUE TWISTER)

Brief Description: For this assignment collage students were instructed to create something inspired by a classmate’s work; Fitzpatrick took inspiration from several classmates who used radial symmetry in their collages. Fitzpatrick used word puzzles found in a newspaper and parts of a cipher wheel used to encipher or decipher messages. The cipher wheel is attached in a way that still allows it to spin; while it remains symmetrical, it is not static, playing with the multiple meanings that can be created through letters and words. The artist wants viewers to ask themselves: what do the highlighted letters on the cipher wheel mean?
